Home services, Austin and Central Texas
Organic social media that gets you found before they search.
Social media management for home service businesses, built to produce leads you can trace back to the post that earned them. Month to month subscription, no long term contract.
Where you are, and where this goes
Your best customers spend a week deciding. Most of them never see you.
TodayThey research for a week before anyone picks up a phone. Nothing you pay for reaches them in that week.
AfterYou are in the feed while they are deciding, and the lead arrives with a source attached.
TodayYour five-star record sits on Google, invisible to anyone not already searching for you.
AfterThose reviews travel as content, paired with the job photos that prove them.
TodayCrew photos sit on a phone, or on a profile with a few dozen followers, where almost nobody sees them.
AfterAn audience inside your service area sees the work every week, and the platform learns who else to show it to.
Who you would be working with
I have taken accounts from a standing start three times.
Most owners in the trades already have the content. What they are missing is distribution, which is a separate job that nobody on the team has been given. I take that job, and I report on it with numbers you can check.
The plan
Three steps, and the first one takes thirty minutes.
Bring your numbers to a call
What a job is worth, where your work actually comes from, and how long someone takes to go from first contact to booked. Those three answers decide whether this is worth doing at all.
Week one, the tracking goes in
Attribution is built before anything is published, so the first review runs on real data and not on impressions. You agree to the metrics before I start.
Day thirty, you read the result
A review on what the work produced, and a decision that is yours. It is month to month, so every month has to earn the next one.
Why this works
A considered purchase has a window search cannot reach.
Emergency work is decided in minutes. A pipe bursts, the homeowner searches, and they call whoever answers first and looks credible. Search already wins that one, and you should keep paying for it. A considered purchase runs on a different clock. Search catches people once they know what to type. Content reaches them before they do.
How a lead gets traced
Lead attribution, built before the first post goes up.
Track record
Growth from a standing start, three times, on two platforms.
| Account | Period | Result |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube channel | Twelve months | 662,000 views, 3,200 subscribers and 5,600 watch hours. Monetization threshold cleared and certified by a third party. |
| Executive account, contract work | Ninety days | 92,733 members reached from 183,768 impressions, 95% of it from outside the existing network. |
| Second executive account | Ninety days | 43,195 members reached, 91% from outside the existing network, followers up 13%. |
Reach from outside an existing network is discovery, which is the only kind that introduces a business to someone who has never heard of it. Client names withheld under contract.
What it costs
A subscription, billed in advance.
Search, paid ads, your website, your Google Business Profile and review solicitation are all off limits. If you have an agency doing that work, I stay out of their way and report separately.
What each added platform costs, what is not included, and how the billing works are all set out on the Pricing and Services page.
Questions
What owners ask before they start.
Where does this fit with the rest of my marketing?
Search and paid ads capture demand that already exists, once someone knows what to type. Organic social reaches people earlier, while they are still working out what is wrong, so the two are not competing for the same moment. I stay out of search, ads, your website and your Google Business Profile, and report separately from whoever runs those.
How do you prove a lead came from social media?
A tracked link, a source field on your intake form, and where it is worth it, a dedicated phone number. All of it is built in week one, before anything is published, so the first review runs on attributed data rather than impressions.
How long does it take to work?
The first review is at thirty days and reports on reach, saves and messages, because those move before leads do. Attributed leads become the headline number from month three, once there are enough of them to read.
What does social media management cost?
Core is $1,500 a month, billed in advance, with the attribution build included. Full scope is $3,500 a month, with month one billed at the Core rate of $1,500 while the attribution is built. It is a subscription with no long term contract, no setup fee and no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time, with the month you have already paid running to its end. The full rate card, including what each added platform and service area costs, is on the Pricing and Services page.
Which businesses do you work with?
Home service businesses in Austin and Central Texas: restoration and mold remediation, plumbing, roofing, HVAC and related trades. Capacity is deliberately limited to a small number of concurrent accounts.
Do you need my passwords?
No. On Meta you add me as a user in your Business Portfolio with a role you can remove at any time. Every platform has an equivalent, and I ask for the narrowest access that lets me do the work. Your login stays yours and I never hold it.
Which platforms do you work on?
Instagram and Facebook are where most home service work lands, so that is usually where we start. I run LinkedIn where a business has a commercial side worth reaching, and YouTube where there is footage worth building a channel on. The choice follows where your customers are.
Next step
Thirty minutes, and bring your numbers.
What a job is worth, where your work comes from, and how long it takes someone to book. If the answers say this will not pay for itself, I will tell you on the call.
